Is there a good cockatoo for someone still in school? I have 2 cockatiels right now and really would like a smaller cockatoo. I’ll be able to give about 4-5 hours of time a day

Welcome Alex, assume you are in middle or high school? Best small cockatoo is likely Goffins or Rose Breasted/Galah. Equally challenging issue is plan after graduation; college/uni, trade school, direct to work? Can you manage the transition with a demanding parrot? Not an impossible dream, but consider the mind bender of a long-lived parrot may be with you in middle to old age!!
