Regurge or vomitting?

Well I got a video of my guy doing his thing. He does it a lot and here I caught him doing it while he was hanging out by himself. It starts with head bob then rubbing of the beak and then this, he eats it. He is being switched to roudybush and I have a 75% his old food with 25% his new food mix, some dried fruit in a treat cup and he gets some fresh fruit (very little right now) as a treat.

Oh my, this is strange. I am no avian vet myself; but I suggest taking him to one. He should get looked at immediately, and make sure the vet is an avian vet.

Please, up the amount of veggies that you give him. There are important nutrients that he could be missing in his diet.

It doesn't look lie regurgitating to me. I would take him to a vet to get checked out - just to have that piece of mind.

Something is definitely not right......
A visit to an avian vet, would be my best advise.
