Ringneck looks like hes drinking when not near water

So I was talking to him and he was making his squeaks that he normally does. Then he randomly tilted his head up and moved his beak and neck like he was drinking water although he wasnt by his water bowl should I be concerned what does this usually mean.

No just looked like he was drinking when they tilt thier heads a bit back.
