Upload it to YouTube. You might need to sign up for a free account. Than once it's available, make sure the privacy is set to public, and click the arrow icon - it's curved and points up to the right - and choose "copy URL". Then in your post, click the icon for adding a link, and paste the new link there. I'll go check the exact steps then come back and update this post.
