My Lady Geri goes in for back surgery tomorrow morning. SHe's never had surgurey and is very jumpy. Thanks!!!

Will do!!

The Rival AND I are soooooo on this!
Please give Blondie our best wishes! :)

Sending prayers and wishes for a speedy recovery!

We wish Geri the best of luck with her surgery.
Kelly went through two back surgeries and they worked out fine.
Just make sure she follows the doctor's orders !!

I’ve had major surgery - the most important thing is to have someone in the hospital with you, to fetch ice or nurses or generally keep an eye on things. Hospitals are understaffed and I feel for people who are there alone. Best wishes to the Wrench Wench..

My thoughts and prayers are with Geri for tomorrow, Al. I can definitely understand her apprehension. Conventional wisdom always has us viewing back surgery like a doctor-induced bogeyman, but please let her know that the techniques and the technology have gotten so much better over the years. I had a two part lumbar spine surgery a little over a year ago, and I can honestly say it was one of my better decisions. My only regret was not having it done sooner. The pain relief is significant.

Sending prayers and good wishes.
I know how nervous I was when I went in for shoulder surgery. can't imagine how it would feel to have surgery on your back.

The Missus and I join in wishing, praying, hoping for Geri's good luck.

Even though you gave the Rb that BELL.

But seriously, you and yours are a bright staple here. Take care.

Best thoughts with you and Geri for a successful surgery and fast recovery. Get well soon!

I’ve got you and yours in my thoughts and prayers! Back surgery would make anyone jumpy. Here’s to a successful outcome and a speedy recovery.

So true , I've had my share of back procedures and surgery's,. technology has advanced considerably and minimally invasive. But I do understand her apprehension , going under anesthesia.

Wishing Geri the very best during surgery and hoping for a complete and comfortable recovery!

It's all already been said, but will be thinking of you guys.

As they would say it in dialect in my part of the woods "goedgoan".

Prayers and good wishes sent for a successful procedure and great recovery.

Please keep us posted as you can.

SO the Doc came out and said the procedure went well and as expected. Just what you want to hear. I'm waiting for he to come out of the rec room. Thanks so much to PF friends for thoughts and prayers - we read them all before she went in. Salty was even calling fo her when I went home to feed the critters. I should see her in 1/2 hr or so. Thanks again.

Wonderful news, Al! Give Geri a gentle feathered hug!!

Hoping the recovery period is just as successful!
