scale for Macaws

So for those of you that weigh your macaws regularly~
1. What type of scale do you use?
2. Do you know the accuracy of the scale?
3. What time of day do you weigh them?
4. How often do you weigh them?

I'm looking to purchase a scale and wanted to see what everyone uses~

Hi! I just us a small scale from Target. It's about 6" x 6" and flat on top, digital readout, easily switched from grams to ounces, zeroes when you turn it on so you can put a container on and just weigh the contents.

I put my macaw in the flat bowl that comes with it and he stands still enough for me to get a good reading...I think I paid about 30 dollars. It only weighs up to 5 pounds.
I had a mechanical ounce scale (like the kind for food, but it was too hard to get an accurate reading...I like the one I got just fine.

Oh, I weigh him every morning when crop is empty, everyday. Because he's only a little over 9 weeks old.

I got a lovely gm scale from a guy that has been selling them for years. They are made for birds and you would need a large one. Will give you a link.
