schools for ornithology

I feel like I already asked something of this nature, but I am having extreme difficulty in finding a college that offers a 4 year program in ornithology that I can take right out of high school. The only ones I can find are zoology based, not exclusively for birds. Does anybody know of any possibilities, in any country?

My friend got hers at UC Davis right out of high school. It's a great school, they even have a raptor research center.
