Setup for clipped parrots (small)

So, I got an idea and I ofc went through with it. As always lol. So, here is the ground extension for cricket!

As you can see, I even used pants so she can return to her cage when she wants. The quilts soften the blow when she makes the leap of faith into the floor. Rico likes being on the floor too so it can work for ground foragers such as: Australian parakeets, cockatiels, Quaker parakeets, and the like. I plan on making a foraging tray too for this. And now I don’t have to make sure Rico isn’t eating random things off the floor and I blocked off the gaps he could slip into. It’s a win!

Yup, no one goes past my closet which is good. And I have a chalkboard sign outside my door so I could write “CAUTION: BIRDS ON FLOOR”
