Sex of my ringneck??

I was told my ringneck was a boy. There is a slight ring but since I’ve had him/her it hasn’t got any stronger. He/she does a mating ritual similar to a female? Anyone got any advice to help?

Age is very important as when they have their adult feathers, a ring appears of a male and it is not uncommon for a female to have a light color ring.

DNA sampled blood test is a sure way to determining Sex.
