I recently added a 5 year old rescue black capped conure. I already have a cinnamon green cheek conure, he seems like he has ADHD, they get along quite well. The new bird seems like he tries to cuddle up close to the GCC a lot. Sometimes when I pick up the BCC he almost seems like hes vibrating. I am wondering if he is shivering, or maybe scared, or if I am maybe mistaking his rapid heart beat as the other two. Ive had him for about 6 weeks now, he doesnt seem scared of me or anyone else. He is startled by loud noises, but so is my original bird. He isnt puffed up, the shaking isnt something visible, but you can feel it when he sits on your shoulder. Any Ideas please, and yes I understand the vet is the best option but right now it isnt an option. Shivering, Shaking, or rapid heart? Any help is apprecited.
