Siblings from consecutive clutches

Some irresponsible person my wife knows just kept letting their birds breed and we ended up with 2 of them. She called the first one Pretzel and the second Vincent. We have no idea about sex but think they are both male. Total inmate count today, 6 dogs, 6 birds, 4 cats, and 1 kitten.

Now and then Pretzel will drop to the bottom of the cage and beat his wings a lot. Is this normal or a problem?

Sometimes my birds have a good flap if they are feeling restless or seemingly to work some energy off.

Pippen does that sometimes. It's just a way to exercise/practice flight.

Do you let him out sometimes?
