Just looked outside, and it is snowing like crazy...lovely to look at, but could have waited another month for it.
Anyone else having snow today?

Sorry to hear that Terry, I will not moan about it raining here!

Still waiting for an indian summer here? Someone's been telling porkies I think!

I'm rushing to get the motor back in my truck BEFORE it snows, lol

Although we are supposed to get 80's in the day time this week, we've already had lows in the 30's. and northern Maine has already had a few snow storms as well!

Hey now, I don't even want to hear or think about the "S" word in September! Bad enough holiday decor is already appearing in stores, now actual snow??? That's really a bummer for you :( I'll be happy if I don't see any further significant snowfall again for at least another decade after last winter.

Yuck! No, it's 25C here and I have the a/c on because I'm not feeling well. My husband did contract work in Spruce Grove several years ago. He had a love/hate relationship with the place, lol. Actually preferred it there to Edmonton. I don't mind winter here at all because it falls within a definite time frame. AB it can be so unpredictable. :)

As with Katu, I am seeing the same warm weather into early next week. Southern Michigan is a bit behind our fellow friends here in the 'lower' part of the Great White North. So, it will be a bit longer before we will have Snow that will stay around for a few days because of the warming effects of the Great Lakes.

But once, Northwestern Canada begins shipping a series of Cold Fronts, the white stuff comes fairly quickly. Depending on the Jet Streams, Winter here can be anywhere from three months to five months. So, one either embraces Winter, or just sit inside wish for warmer Weather.

Is September snow a bit early, YES! But the reason this huge Region is referred to as the Great White North is that Snow Happens here!

Hmmm, still enough time for some Boating and the Frostbit Sailboat Race is still a couple of weeks off! Going to be a warm weekend for the East side of this Region, looks like we had better enjoy it!!!

Thanks for the Heads Up!

Thankfully snow is likely still a ways off, hereabouts. But geez! Your post is like a harbinger of inevitable doom! It may hit you first, but it'll get here soon enough.

Sigh...

I'm still running my air conditioner, it's torture! Not even so much the heat but the humidity!

well no snow over this part of the world! It hasn't snowed where I am for about 3 years now (thanks global warming) so it's just the usual cloudy days here interspersed with bouts of rain conveniently at the weekends

Terry, your snow looks inviting from here, our high temp today was 94.

The start of Fall is Friday and expected snow this weekend .... in my dreams. Just looking forward to more cooler temps in the upcoming .... months.

We ar heading into a week of 40C. That around 104 F I think. We are still not in the first couple of weeks of spring. So not looking forward to our long hot summer. Which apparently starts this week.

Noooooooo! To early for snow even in Northern Canada. :(

I'll send you some unseasonably hot air, can't wait for coolness!

The weather we love has returned to the Pacific Northwest this week (and may the heat we had this summer be well and truly done for the year!). Rainy, cloudy, chilly. Mmmmm.... my favorite kind of weather!

Been reading this year may be a La Nina winter again, stronger than winter last year. I'll take all the rain it can pour on us, but you folks up in Canada and other areas of the country can keep your snow:p

I'm in Texas. That's pretty much a year round thing here.

No snow. Just sweat.
