Hi guys, I noticed Snowy has a swollen bump on her foot. Should I take her to a vet or not?

Thought I'd mention, Snowy has a foot disability. Look at them compared to Griffen who has normal feet:
It has been like this since I had her, except I only noticed in October of last year. She's been able to live a pretty normal life, though.

Apollo(F): sky blue dominant pied Australian budgie
It doesn’t look too bad. See if it’ll heal up on it’s own, but keep monitoring it for infection.
