The smaller brown box (with a 36" bird ladder) was simply taped to the top of the bigger white box and shipped as one! I'm not complaining, as everything is intact and I didn't have to wait or pay for two shipments, but I was so surprised that UPS didn't reject it.

You'd be surprised what you can ship and how!

A few years back, I ordered a ladder (like a 5' step ladder for humans). Much to my surprise, they had just saran-wrapped the legs together, slapped a label on it and sent it just like that lol. I guess I applaud them for their eco-friendly lack of packaging

If what I've seen on the internet is anything to go by you can write and address and put stamps on a potato and ship as is. dunno how true it is but >>

A saran wrapped ladder! That's awesome lol. I guess they aren't as picky as I would've thought.

Opening the box was like Christmas! I keep worrying about how it'll be just our luck that, when our fid finally comes home, she won't really like toys lol.
