Sprouted seeds?

Does anyone feed sprouted seeds to there conure?Which ones are safe for them to eat???

There are alot of sites on the internet about sprouting your own seeds. You have to follow them carefully because of the chance of fungus/mold developing. I've been toying w/the idea of starting to do this, alot of bird owners say their birds love them. They are definitely healthier than whole seeds.

I checked a few websites out and I'm trying it out.Wish me luck there already starting to sprout some.
