I have not purchase from them, but love some of the features. The extra wide full height front door is wonderful!
One very interesting point, I do not understand why one would want or need to Powder Coat a Stainless Steel cage!?! Meeting Customer wants!?! Maybe. No needing to polish welds!?! Maybe.
Assure that you state 'clearly' the bar spacing you need. The semi-custom cage market is common in the larger cage sizes for the largest of Parrots. The smaller bar spacing is not as common for this group of Builders. NOTE: This commonly increases the number of bars needed and as a result, expect it to cost more than the same cage for the larger Parrots.
Always assure that you can wheel the cage from its location to the Front door and out of your home! At most, all you should need to remove would be the seed catcher.
