My African Congo Grey is 26 years old I have had her since she was A baby and had to be hand fed. This year she Laid an Egg in May, and now has 3 eggs and is covering them trying to hatch them but she has no mate so these are not fertilized. I do not know what to so for her.

Poor baby! Sitting on eggs is so boring! One of my female budgies, Joey, laid four likely infertile eggs on the floor of her cage a few months ago and I let her sit on them for about 10 days. Then I took her our of her cage and put her in a carrier to take an 8 hour road trip to break the cycle. She apparently had the attention span of a gnat because within hours she was back to normal. When we got to our destination I put her back in her cage without the eggs and she was fine.
I think you should change up her environment by putting her in a different cage without her eggs in a different room for a week or so while the hormonal cycle breaks. She will get over it. Birds lose clutches of eggs in the wild to predators or weather all the time and they don't pine after the lost eggs.
Good luck!
