What is a good pellet brand?
On first day I picked up a ZuPreem FruitBlend with Natural Fruit Flavors at $6/lb along with a 5lb Brown's Premium Encore. I have two cups, one full with Browns seeds and another with ZuPreem, budgie prefers the seeds instead.
Should I start by mixing them together and keeping small amounts in the cup then slowly increasing pellets? Is ZuPreem a reputable brand? I got a bit hesitant to feed too much of this stuff after reading this first review so I decided to ask you guys:

Budgies still require seeds in their diet, so they should not be taken off seeds completely.

I feed Harrison's Fine pellets to my flock, although once used Lafeber's Finch/Canary pellets to convert a couple of budgies.

Zupreem has sugar in it, and I'm not a fan of dyes. Rainbow poops aren't fun to clean up! Better to stick with dye-free foods.
