hello boys & girls is there a small parrot like meyers not parakeets that can
be tamed (not hand reared) from say a week old if i put them in a seperate
cage & handle them every day

Um... yes. Too many to list.

Why not a meyers or a parakeet? Whatever rules them out may rule out others. But as is there are a plethora of parrots that fit the bill.
