I am OBSESSED with basically anything that flies, and while I have no desire to own a bird taxidermy, I am in love with insects! They’re so cool!

I started collecting dead insects last year, and since then have expanded my collection a bit. I also collect rocks, and all this lives in my closet. Here are some pics!

VERY small collection of insects. I am hoping to get some more soon and expand my collection! These were all found in the wild, so most look worse for wear.

My best taxidermy to date, a locust I’m stretching! It’s so much prettier in person.

I’ll post the rocks in a sec

This reminded me how I was on vacation with my family and somebody told my cousin to be aware of mosquitos because there's a lot of them... We got to out destination and we didn't see any mosquitos for few days... the first ones we saw, were in a museum attached in the same way like your insects

Cool.
I am obsessed with rocks and minerals. Here is a part of my collection that I have been working on for twenty-five years.

Gosh, it's so large!
I have very little 'collection' of rocks with small fossils, I can post them later too but it's very modest, I've seen much prettier ones

Wow! I would die for a collection like that!

I currently have a mouse skeleton that I'm cleaning in hydrogen peroxide. I found it in my garage, and it's the whole spine, tail, and ribcage, as well as 2 front paws without the toes and 2 hind "thighs". No skull, though, sadly.

And what with the rocks? 🤔

I'll do it

Fine... Meantime I took pics of what I have.
As I said, it's not pretty but at least most of them were found by me while I was in field a year ago
A brachiopod (one of three I found but took just this one; it's something what looks like a rock inside the stone):

A clam with traces after sponges growing on it:

A trace after an ammonite:

I was terrible in finding ammonite fossils... My friend was much better and gave me a better one:

And she also gave me a belemnite:

All of them are from the Jurassic period
