A while ago, someone posted stuffing bell peppers for thier parrot. Sounded yummy! Well this week I bought some mini, sweet, red and orange bell peppers and have been stuffing them whole with brocolli, carrots... Well, he is going nuts eating them. He would never touch a bell pepper before and he is ecstatic over these! He is eating the veggies inside that he usually ignores and the majority of the pepper too! Thanks to whomever posted this idea!
