The Meaning of Fluffing up

Just an odd question, when Justine is with my parents she is normally active and tries to talk alot but once I walk in she puts her wings down and out and all her feathers fluff up. Is that scared or happy to see me?

when I walk close she runs out towards me and puts out a claw waiting for me to pick her up. She does this for me only, not my parents or extended family.
