This is not my original writing's, but I can relate to the Author's compassionate bond. I wanted to share this beautiful description of the bond many of us have with our companion birds...

There’s no words that can truly describe the way love feels between a bonded bird and human. Nobody can understand it unless they have felt it themselves.

I’m her safety, she’s my security
I’m her want, she’s my need
I’m her heart, she’s mysoul
I’m her wish, she’s my dream
I’m her trust, she’s my assurance
I’m her forever, she’s my always
I’m her hope, she’s my strength
I’m her life, she’s my reason
