Thought my 10 month old Budgie was a male...thoughts?

I've always thought he was a male but now some people are saying female. What do you think?

I agree I tend towards male. The only tricky thing is the light rings around nostril and the fact that's it's a color morph and sometimes don't seem to follow the rules.
