So I am attempting to make this today.

I have a couple of more layers to make. Unfortunately I won't be decorating it until Thursday. It is for a morning tea at work on Friday. I will upload some more pictures once it is done.

I remember baking confections, it's been a long time, I'm doing good to keep fresh birdie bread baked.

Well all the layers are set so now it is just waiting to be turned out of the tin and decorated on Thursday. Will up load photos then. Thanks for the positive comments.
