I have a six months old grey. But something really puzzle me is that there are two black tail feathers. One of it is black and red at two different sides. Could it be a hybrid? Any advise?

Sounds normal, there are a number of birds I know with colour mutations. My own boy has one feather that's half red and half black.

When did you get your gray? What subspecies? Grays have darker feathers when young and as they go through their first molt they get red(Congo) or maroon(Tenmeh) tail feathers.
