I hope you will all permit me a little indulgence here
I found this on one of the Fb pages I follow, dedicated to the airline I worked for from 1991 until 2001, Ansett Australia. Which was, by the way, the best airline in the world before a series of bad management decisions, corporate takeovers and sell-offs and the dreadful events of 9/11 saw us finally go out of business. When ABBA toured Australia in 1977, they chartered an Ansett 727 jet to ferry them and their entourage around the vast distances of this country, and even had their name stencilled on the aircraft! They also made a docu-movie of their Aussie tour, "ABBA - The Movie", which is well worth viewing. There's another airline featured in this video too, a little business called QANTAS, and I worked for them as well for 15 years after Ansett closed. I hope the video here is visible for y'all, it brought on some happy memories and some tears as well since I am a MASSIVE ABBA nut and I am very proud to have worked in the Aussie aviation industry for so many years
