Update on Willow

Just some updated pics of my precious Willow.....she is becoming the best bird ever and is such a good girl. If I had known how great macaws were, I would have skipped the kids Just kidding. I love my kids to pieces.

I hear you on that My whole life would have been different. Theres nothing like the love of a bonded MACAW.Is she liking everyone in your family?

Shes stunning, and yes i agree i love my kids but if i had of adopted a mac sooner i wouldnt have had any biological children.

Willow is looking so pretty! All clean and fresh after her bath.

I think only bird people or people that understand the bond of the parrot and person understand how deep that bond can be. I have never had any pet love me like a bonded parrot. I could not have kids so I guess my boys in a way helped with that. I really wish my boys were still with me but now that I have Valentino he is helping me heal and the enjoyment of why I love macaws so much.

Thanks Everyone...she is amazing. I just can't get enough of her. She seems to like everyone in the house and will step up for everyone. She prefers to be with me, but will go to just about anyone. She still has a real clingy period in the evening when she wants to cuddle and be attached to me, but it is getting better. We bought her a new java tree stand and an orbit and she loves both of those. I almost hate to say this but she has been with us for three weeks and no bites yet...sure hope I didn't just jinx myself

Thanks, I do feel like the luckiest soul on the planet. Sometimes I just like to sit and look at her.
