She is 10 weeks old My girl is getting big!

She will be home in a little over a month! Im getting a little nervous, first time bird owner here. Im excited to raise her though

she is so cute! i would recomend just socializing her while she's young, and while weaning expose her to all sorts of food so shes not not so picky when she grows up .

Oh, she is precious! I would second ann's suggestion of giving her a variety of food. Also, now is the time to get her used to a harness if you plan on using one. But most of all, ENJOY!

I wouldn't be nervous she is beautiful and such a lovely name i am also a first time bird owner and i was really nervous the morning bobby my orange winged amazon came he dosn't like me putting my hands near him really but im working on that with him and i have had him 2 days now and he is slowly letting me get my hands closser to him time and patience is all it takes im sure Ava will be in good hands
