Albie - Pineapple Green Cheek Conure - Hatch date 14 Dec 2019 - Gotcha date - 4 March 2020
Albie took everything in his stride today (packing process was very upsetting for him and he became more irritable and bitey.

As soon as we put him in his travel cage he became excited (he likes car rides ) and when we brought him to our new home , he seemed unsure at first ,but once he was in his normal cage he was absolutely fine and was stuffing his beak with in 5 minutes .

Hes currently sat with mr.stitch trilling to music .

Just an FYI, your guy could have a set-back as things will be different and he may loose a bit of sleep, etc.. Watch closely for signs of not eating regularly or not being his normal self. A bit more time spent with him will help.
With great luck, he will champ his way forward and not look back!
Congratulations!!

@SailBoat thanks for the heads up.

He was filling his beak up this moring when he woke up and was happy to do some tricks for seeds .

He slept really well and was beak grinding really loudly .

My only concern right now is the boiler isnt working so its pretty cold. Im glad we bought that snuggle up heater because loves it

Congrats! Hopefully the heat has not been off long enough to let the water pipes freeze. Had that happen to a house we bid on at auction, destroyed the flooring and pipes!

Albie sounds like he is settling in well.
