Yesterday we had the most visits to this forum ever!!!

Oh wow, very cool! Thanks for bringing it up to our attention!! YAY!!! :D

Yes! I think the previous record was just shy of 2000 , so we shattered that!!!!

Yes it was 2000 something ...

I'll say it was shattered! :D

Hmmm, possibly a combination of visitors, members and our Parrots sneaking on... :D

And the great part of that record number is that it occurred without a Targeted Push to set a record.

Awesome! Thank you so much for mentioning this! This is definitely a milestone to celebrate:)

Whoo-hoo! Thanks for the heads up on that! That completely obliterated the old record! Love it!

O should have said 4555 people were on the forum at the same time! That's a lot of people interested in learning more about parrot care!

I'm proud of us, Laura. In one way/shape/form/or another, that might mean a lot of birds getting help!

Where did you find that information? I am wanting to check this more often now lol!

It's on thelower bottom right , when you got active topics page. Right now we have over 1000 people on the forum. Most are guests aka ( lurker s) ;)

I know what a lurker is, but what is a "spider"?

Google says it better than I could:)

"A web crawler (also known as a web spider or web robot) is a program or automated script which browses the World Wide Web in a methodical, automated manner. This process is called Web crawling or spidering. Many legitimate sites, in particular search engines, use spidering as a means of providing up-to-date data."

When someone googles something to do with parrots, it helps bring our forum up in the search results for specific inquiries that spiders have picked up here.
