We lost Dan today. Devastated.

My sweet Dan was laying in the bottom of his cage. Lifeless. He seemed okay yesterday and the day before, maybe a bit quieter than usual.

Annabelle is devastated (she considered him her bird. She's 9) as this is the first pet loss for her.

I don't want to even see my other birds right now. My heart is broken. Completely. He was the best bird I've ever had. Not going to make any decisions today but right now I am just sick over this. And Rob had to bury him and today is his birthday. One hell of a birthday present.
