I gave a sola ball to Nameliss. She didn't like them strung. She kept trying to remove it from string. I gave her one unstrung. She was so happy. She sits and nimbles till it's demolished. I stress nimble. She treats them almost gently. Sometimes she'll take it to her favorite chew perch. Because these are fragile, I didn't think that it'd last long. But one lasts her most of the day. Those sola remind me of Quaker puffed cereals. The feel and texture are so similar. I think that these would be great for 'soft' beak birds.
