Weird Behavior ?

My green cheek has been acting weird today .
Today a couple times he would flare his tail, fluff up all his feathers , lower his head and walk back and forth.
I never seen him do this before until today.
what does it mean?

Maybe he's strutting his stuff?

My quaker does this to show off how tough she is.

Conures, caiques, Quakers, etc.. Are little birds with these big attitudes lol, so by doing this they are showing there big side it is really of no importance he is just saying look at me I'm big.
