Yes it IS a great idea for a sub-forum. However, like all advice and tips, always use your judgement and keep in mind that EVERY PARROT IS AN INDIVIDUAL. Know thy bird. There are African Greys that never utter a word, Indian Ringnecks that love to be scratched, Amazons that are like pussycats and every other contradictory species generic behavior. BY closely observing your parrot and knowing them, you can apply tips and advice much more effectively.
