Went for a walk

Took my Amazon for a drive & a walk today. He does wonderful on his leash; just sits on my shoulder & nibbles my ear. But I have noticed he poos more when he's outside. He got me 3 times in 20 minutes. Does that decrease if I take him out more? Last year I only had him out a few times & I had only had him for 3 months. I'm hoping now that we're best friends that I can take him out more. Does anyone have experience with getting your bird better aquainted with outside?

Maybe some things were scaring the crap out of him...LOL..I'm just teasing...

I use a flightsuit with my birds...that way they have a little diaper and I don't have to worry about accidents...I hope someone can offer you some good advice....

Diaper?? Please don't laugh at me but I didn't know they existed! Do you make them or buy them? I have a flight suit/harness. How do I do the diaper thing?

I have what is called a flight suit...it has a little area to put a little make up pad in it so when the bird poops it falls away from his body and onto the pad...I love those little suits....
