What color is my male cockatiel?

I have a male cockatiel that at the time I was told was a pearly pied. He is not pied or at least doesn't look pied. He is a lot lighter than my normal male cockatiel so I was wondering if he is just a pearl or has other colors going on? I put a picture of when I got him (4-6 months) and now. Sorry if the pictures didn't work I'm new to this forum.

The picture with two Cockatiels the closest bird is a pearl, second bird is normal Grey.

A male pearl will loose the pearl appearance after first molt. Female will keep pearl appearance.

There are others here that know genetics and mutations better than I.

I know that one is a normal and one is a pearl but I was wondering if the pearl has any other color genes?

they are both grey. pearl is pearl grey. A cinnamon grey would be much lighter and wave a warmer tone to the color
