what do you guys think about this behavior..

Lilo is very anxious. I dont know, I came home from school and she was at the bottom of her cage but not in a weak sickly looking way, just sitting there. So I brought her downstairs in the living room where she is not aloud to be but on rare occasions. Normally since my mom has gotten cancer, we bring the pets to the bottom floor in the pet room winch is very stressful for them because they are not used to being in that room, they are usually in the living room. But Lilo just seems so nervous and she is very jumpy and fly around when someone moves fast or anything. Now my mom has had to shave her hair and Lilo has not seen her without hair yet. My mom has a hat on sometimes. So do you guys think she is stressed form the changes and my mom having a hat and all now... Thanks, I am going to schedule Lilo for a vet visit to get blood work done, just the normal second vet check up, I bring her twice a year to they vet. One for a quick check up and the other, a few months later to get her blood tested to make sure she is still good. Thanks for reading I hope you guys and your fids (feathered kids) are well!

First, let me say how sorry I am that your mom has cancer, sending well wishes for your mom and hugs to all of you.

It's quite possible the recent changes in your home could effect your pets, they pick up on stress and strong emotions. I think it is very wise of you to schedule a vet visit for Lilo just to make sure she's completely healthy, that will help to make you feel better too.

Any significant change (especially sudden) in routine etc can stress out your bird - and they certainly pick up on us and how we feel.
