What is Bandit doing?

Lately when he comes to me for scritches, he'll move his head so that my finger is positioned on the side of his mouth and then he'll start... I don't know, vibrating? Lol. It's hard to explain and i'll try to get a video later on tonight but it's really strange.

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know xP
