Sadly, both this budgie and the aqua with a yellow head beside him have both passed away, as has a third from this bunch. Fortunately I observed strict quarantine protocol with these birds. The conditions I found them in were deplorable, I took home 10 adults out of the perhaps 150 that he had. I chose based on color, with the full awareness that they would most likely die if I left them, but could die if I brought them home. I wish I had the resources to vet all of them right now, but unfortunately the best I could do for them was get them out of there, give them clean and safe living space, food, and clean water. Seven remain alive, and seem healthy for now. They will be vetted before entering my home. Currently they are in a sheltered and protected area outside. These birds have lived outside their whole lives, and I live in Hawaii. They are out of the sun, and over all in better living quarters (though smaller) than they have ever been before.
