Whats your Grey Favorite food (just for fun)

I have 2 African Greys & there favorite is mixed vegetables
& of course cheetos but thats only 1 each for a treat lol

Almonds, walnuts, cheese (small piece every now and then) and refrigerated red palm oil

Our grey loved hemp seeds. We only used them as treats or training.

Mine love pomegranate, chicken wings (pair of cannibals) and nuts. Oh, and they also like to chew on my ears. LOL
