Which cage is better for one cockatiel?

I am planning on getting a cockatiel [my first bird!] in August and I am very excited I am currently looking for a good cage for my new baby. Here are two that I found. I really like them but Im not sure which would be better for a 'tiel.

There is also this one but Im not sure if you could remove the silver thing on the back... Im guessing that is for breeding...

They're all fine!!! That silver thing in the last pic is a nest box. I don't think it comes with it. that's just a nest box door....
