Winston (Eclectus)
Hi. I inherited Winston from my dad and do not know what subspecies he is. I keep thinking Solomon or red tail but I have no idea. Any ideas? Thanks so much! ☺️

A cursory look suggests he would en a hybrid of subspecies, based on plumage color and eye color, which would be the norm in North America. It’s not common to obtain pure sun species. Breeders cross breed subspecies with abandon.

What is his weight? And can you provide a profile sure that clearly disll displays the full length of his tail? These will be the biggest signifiers of which direction we’re going.
