OMG this is the cutest molting period Mishka has ever had. Loosing so many feather my poor baby !!!!!
BUT
He is calling the shots now
When waking up in the morning, and placed on his potty he usually does his morning bomb
- no more
He first has to have his formula, then shower, then only after being blow dried will be poopie in his potty.
Normally when giving him his dinner, fresh veggies etc he gulps it down
- no more
I have to first give him a small piece of a peanut butter sandwich (minute piece) and place it in his bowl, he begins eating the small portion of pb, then gobbles down the rest of his dinner.
About an hour after dinner, he gets a little treat of plain yoghurt eating it from a teaspoon
- no more
I now have offer him the yoghurt from a little tupperware dish minus the teaspoon.
He never gets moody or cranky I am so fortunate, one would not even know he is molting, unless seeing the fallen feathers.
Anyone got any idea how long this molting period will take, it started about a week ago?
