Thanks for the info! And about the mist, should i put the warm water i an empty old sanitizer container or is that not good? If it isn't good then please tell me how else i could help him! ThanskAs my friend Owlet said, he is just taking a bath. You can help this along by spraying a light mist of water on him while he is doing this, it will assure he gets thoroughly washed. Often companion parrots are not so efficient as they are in the wild doing this, so a little help from a human is needed. Use clean warm, not hot, water, and spray so the mist falls down on him, like rain would. 98% of parrots love taking baths, the other 2% for some reason do not, but baths are essential for good feather condition.
thanks noted!Excellent advice provided above!
Only one thing to add!! 'NEVER' spray a mist directly at a Parrot, especially at their face!! As stated, you want the mist to fall from above!
Enjoy the fun!!
noted thanks!Any spray bottle will work, as long as it is really clean from the former contents. And yah, warm water.
