It’s not itchy, he’s never done this before. This video might not make it very obvious.He keeps twitching like this, and it looks really uncomfortable.Seems pretty normal to me. Maybe yellow head has an itchy spot because of molting. I would give baths more frequently.

I’ve been to several vets, but nothing’s worked.OK I see what you mean in the second video. 1st - remember that no one on here is a avian vet or trained vet tech. 2nd, parrots can strain muscles and joints, just like people do. When that happens, parrots favor to opposite side or try to relieve the discomfort by itching, scratching or other means ( the only way they have!). This could be from a strain. 3rd, this could be some sort of neurological issue, in which case a really good AVAIN vet needs to be involved. Nerve issues are very tough to diagnose and treat.
