will my babies be ok? ( rant lol )

ello all
so, i get anxious and worried whenever i have to leave the house and have to leave my birds alone, whether it be for work or shopping.. but my boyfriend has always been there to sit with them and let them out.
however, recently he has gotten a job, and has to leave around the same time i do for work, which would leave my babies alone with eachother…will they be sad and / or get depressed?
i always put cartoons on for them and make sure they each get kisses before i leave..and i have contemplated taking them to work with me ( i work at a animal hospital ), but i don’t want to stress them out or risk them being panicked due to the work environment..but at the same time, i miss them so much and worry about them. it kills me to think about them just sitting there, sad and waiting for me to come back.
do yall think they will be okay? am i just overthinking? i admit, i have lost sleep over this..my babies are my world and i would do anything for them.

I feel your pain! My babies are my world too and I always worry about things like this as well. But, yes, they will be ok. The cartoons are a great idea! It may make you feel better to get a little camera(s) so you can check on them from your phone! I’m sure they will adjust. You can always give them an extra special new toy or treats before you leave too.

and i’ve been thinking of a camera, i just don’t know which one to get. i’m trying to find one that can attach to the wall behind where we usually hang out ( im front of the cages ), but i dunno which brand :/

They've been overall good. I've had a couple of cases where one didn't want to connect randomly, but overall they've worked well.

Do your babies have a large enough cage? Lots of fun toys? A good view of the TV so they can watch cartoons? Are they caged together? If so, they'll be fine, but I understand how you feel about leaving them while both of you are at work.

I agree, both with the fact that your babies are unbelievably cute and that they will be okay while you are at work . They are already used to the routine of you leaving so they probably won’t notice much change with your boyfriend leaving about the same time. Having each other for company makes a big difference! I think most of our pets mostly snooze while we’re away from home

my heart just breaks when i picture them sitting there in silence, waiting for mama to come back..i just don’t want them to get depressed ;(
