Wing Hugs?

Pancho has started nuzzling up to my neck for head scratches and will do this thing where he extends his wing and drapes it over my shoulder, almost like he's hugging me. It's super sweet, but I'm wondering if this is a behavior that is ok to allow or if it can lead to hormonal, mating behavior. Anyone know?
