My parrot feather doesn't look good.

Kind of hard to give advice with so little information. How old is your bird? What kind of diet? How much time do you spend with it daily out of cage?

On first glance though, it looks like it might be just a heavy molt.

Well .. she is less than 2 years .. she like to have seeds only .. tried hard to change its dait but she throw any thing else.
I spend almost 3 to 4 hur daily .. full day on Thursday and Friday .. some time I took her out where ever I go.

Then I would say as long as she is still active, eating and drinking normally and her poo still looks normal, she is probably just going through a heavy molt.

This is just my opinion, I'm not an avian vet. If you are still worried I would get her in to have a check up at a qualified avian vet as soon as you can.
