Yasef does not come out of the cage

Although I keep the cage door wide open, Yasef is not willing to come out anymore. He learnt to lean his head when I stick my hand to the cage enabling me to pet his head and his neck but when I try to have him to step up, he does not want to and keeps on leaning.

Any advice please?

Since he leans his head & neck towards you & does not get upset when you put your hand in his cage he apparently wants the attention, he may have just gotten lazy by getting you to come to him.....maybe if you just sit by the cage, but hold your hand outside the cage and wait for him to come to you.....good luck.....
